At Feeding Royal Canin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the original tags and unworn garments back into their shipping box, ensuring the package is securely sealed for transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to the exterior of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned fashion items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
